兔抗人IgA免疫血清抗体上海博湖生物科技有限公司提供的荧光抗体是将抗血清，经纯化成抗体IgG成分，采用直接标记方法，将异硫氰酸荧光素（FITC美国sigma产品）及异硫氰酸罗达明荧光素（红色）（RBITC, sigma产）共价交联到抗体（IgG）分子的赖氨酸分子上，并经过纯化、蛋白量、FITC、RBITC浓度及效价鉴定而制成。
兔抗人IgA免疫血清抗体应用范围：
1.用于细菌、病毒、梅毒螺旋体、钩端螺旋体等微生物的抗原或抗体检查。
2.用于临床自身免疫病的多种自身抗体荧光检查，如抗核抗体，抗心肌抗体等。
3.细胞因子等检查的荧光流式细胞仪测定。
4.白细胞分型抗原的免疫荧光染色。

兔抗人IgA免疫血清抗体主要性能：每支0.5ml液体，含有0.03%NaN3防腐，IgG蛋白，浓度在5mg左右，FITC为sigma异构体I，约在70？80μg/ml,495nm为zui大吸收峰。RBITC约20？40μg/mlzui大吸收555nm,zui大荧光光谱波长为600nm。工作浓度用0.01mol/LpH7.4PBS作1：10？1：20稀释使用，-20℃可保存一年，尽量少反复冻融。通称第二抗体。
