•由于厌氧菌自身缺乏有氧代谢*的各种酶,所以厌氧菌在正常的大气环境下既不能生长又不能生存。 •通常用心、脑或其他脏器浸液配制厌氧菌培养基,并常需加入硫乙醇酸钠、半胱氨酸、葡萄糖、肝块、肉渣、还原铁、脱脂棉或活性炭等还原剂和除氧材料 厌氧菌培养基 •在液体培养基中还可加入刃天青或美兰作氧化还原指示剂以观察培养基的含氧程度。
